Custom blend for my older dog

I ordered the senior dog food blend for my Labrador, who's getting on in years and needed something easier on her joints. The ordering process was straightforward; I answered a bunch of questions about her activity level and any health issues. The first box arrived in 5 days, which was what they estimated. I appreciated that the bag had her name on it, a small detail but nice. The food itself seems good, she's been eating it without issues, and her coat looks pretty healthy too. I also got some joint care supplements with it, and those mixed in easily. Customer service was helpful when I called to adjust her portion size a week later. They walked me through updating it online. I think it's a solid service for tailored food.

Poo bags and slow feeder

I just grabbed some biodegradable poo bags and a slow feeder bowl from them. The bags are strong enough, and the bowl is working well to slow down my dog's eating. Everything arrived as expected, no fuss.

Good food, quick delivery

I got the tailored dry food blend for my husky. She's a bit picky, but she really liked this one. The delivery was fast, got here in about three days. They even included a free dog food scoop which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a good experience and I'm happy with the quality of the food.

Is Tails.com good for puppies? My new little guy is 10 weeks old and I want to start him on something healthy.

K Katie H. 2 weeks ago
Absolutely, they tailor for puppies too! When you create the profile, you put in their age and breed and they make a blend specifically for growing pups. Mine loved it.

Yeah, they're supposed to be really good for puppies. They take into account their growth and energy needs. Just make sure you update his weight regularly as he grows.

Can I use more than one discount code when signing up? I have a referral code and also saw a '50% off first box' one.

R Ryan Lopez 2 weeks ago
Nah, pretty sure it's only one code per household. You usually enter it during the sign-up process. Pick the best one!

K Karen Martin 2 weeks ago
Nope, just one. They state that clearly in their terms, so you gotta choose which discount gives you the most savings.

Anyone know if I can still get that 'first month free' deal? Saw it advertised a while back but can't find the link now.

S Sandra Green 1 month ago
Those free month deals pop up sometimes, especially for new customers. They also do 75% or 50% off first boxes pretty often. Keep an eye out or check coupon sites, they usually list what's active.

I think those are usually intro offers for new sign-ups. Make sure you're a new customer and try looking on their site directly or through a referral link, that's how I got a discount on my first box.

Hey, thinking about trying Tails.com for my golden retriever. She's a bit picky, what if she doesn't actually like the food after I sign up?

D David Thomas 4 weeks ago
They have a pretty good policy for that. I think if your dog doesn't take to it, you can just tell them within a certain time frame and they'll sort you out with a refund or try a different blend. It's in their FAQs somewhere.

Yeah, I heard that too. My friend had an issue where her dog got an upset tummy and they were really good about adjusting the recipe and sending a new one, no extra charge. So it's not a total loss if it doesn't work out.

My dog has a really sensitive stomach. Do they do hypoallergenic or grain-free options that are actually good?

B Barbara H. 1 month ago
They do! When you set up your dog's profile, you can list sensitivities and they'll formulate the food to avoid those ingredients, like specific grains or common allergens. My dog is on their sensitive stomach recipe and doing great.

Yep, my poodle needed grain-free and they sorted her out with a special blend. They ask all about your dog's health conditions and dietary needs when you sign up, so they should be able to accommodate that.
